This is a brand new service due for completion in January 2026 and commencement by end of February 2026. Key Perks and Finer Details Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 base Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (Monday to Friday) Full time permanent position Service Size: 60-place licensed service Location: Liverpool / Casula region Supportive management team with genuine opportunities for professional growth Backed by a reputable not-for-profit provider committed to quality care You will be involved in both the hiring and onboarding of the team. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the centre to ensure high-quality education, care, and compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements. Build, mentor, and develop a cohesive, values-driven team aligned to the organisation’s mission and child-safe culture. Foster strong, trusting relationships with children, families, educators, and the wider community. Oversee enrolments, occupancy, budgets, and centre performance in line with organisational goals and NFP principles. Drive continuous improvement by leading QIP development, reflective practice, and high-quality program planning. Act as a key liaison with internal leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and effective collaboration. What You’ll Need Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) Previous experience in a leadership or senior educator role (preferred) Strong understanding of the My Time, Our Place Framework and National Quality Standards Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, and Anaphylaxis training Why Join Our Client?
